We deliver a range of services to provide children, young people, families and elderly with holistic support based on their needs to support our vision, a world where no one is left to struggle. Our services seek to provide holistic support based on the needs of children, young people families and elderly to support them through the whole journey, meeting need, promoting resilience, and enabling them to embrace life with confidence and develop skills to face life’s challenges in a positive way.
Semi Independent Supported Living services
We aim to ensure all our residents are able to develop and maintain respect, self-reliance and self-care skills and enable them to make informed, age-appropriate decisions, concerning their present and future so they can achieve a successful transition into independence.
Home Help Support services
By using our home help services, you will be provided with a helper that will have extensive experience and be trained to assist with any personal task required. Each help is unique and depends on the requirements of that individual.
Mental Health and Emotional Well-being services
Our services are designed to improve emotional health and wellbeing by building personal resilience through participation, healthy relationships, positive lifestyles and access to development opportunities.
Community Outreach services
Our children, adult and families community outreach services and interventions are designed to utilise the right resources, support and expertise to help build stronger families and relationships; installing early interventions to prevent breakdowns and crisis.
Youth Employment, Education and Skills services
At Raynet Care, we understand that everyone is different so we aim to support young people in a way that works best for them in order for them to progress into Education, Employment, Training or Self-Employment.
Mentoring / Coaching
Our trained mentors offer guidance to clients by building a trusting relationship and modelling positive behaviours in a fun and caring environment whilst the coaching offered at raynet care in-house developed model built up on existing approaches.
